#Prayer of #Strength

Here's one of my #prayers, I pray, to get #strength throughout my #day. I hope you all enjoy. Almighty Father, You are the source of my strength and my life. I humbly seek Your presence and strive for Your knowledge. I crave to know You as You know me, for the creator of all knows all that He has made, each and every remarkable piece. I will forever glorify in Your mercy, oh Lord, and praise You for Your love. I ask that the love that You show me will come forth in all that I do and say today and throughout the week. I ask for Your grace and forgiveness to flow out of me towards others as I am Your servant who is continually striving to be like Your Son, Jesus. I know that I have a responsibility, as a servant of the Lord, to show love towards others no matter who they are or what they have done. For to be a Christian means that we are to follow the lead that Christ Gave and He could not do more than to die for us in the love that He had for us, for He knew everyone

#Pray without #Ceasing

Brothers and Sisters in Christ- We know that we are in need of prayer for our nation.  However, Please don't forget your fellow man, individually as well, family, friend, foe or someone you don't know.  To pray without ceasing means we always need to be ready to drop what we are doing and pray.  God can't do His works without us praying and asking.  The church asks where is God, but we have continually ignored those who want to wipe Him out of history.  It's time to take up arms and stand up for Christ and His Word.  Be Strong and Courageous, following His word.  May God bless you all as I continue to pray for all of you. Blessings & Love, Pastor Jean Marie I Thessalonians 5:16-22 16  Rejoice always,  17  pray without ceasing,  18  in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 19  Do not quench the Spirit.  20  Do not despise prophecies.  21  Test all things; hold fast what is good.  22  Abstain from every form of e

Works of God John 6:26-40

A Reflection for Prayer this week: We all strive for goodness, yet we miss what Jesus has asked us to do.  We need to pray today and reflect on His words to bring those into His everlasting arms.  We aren't to seek goodness for ourselves but for our neighbors so they may be God's children.  Because we don't reflect and put our eyes on God, we continue to miss the purpose of our life.  Bring back the focus into your life.  Show people the love that Christ has given to us.  Reach out to those in need instead of condemning them for what they do.  I see so much gossip, judgement and self-indulgence within the church that it pains my spirit.  We need to pray about this, so we know that we aren't doing this.  Pray that God will show you how His mercy, love and grace abide in this world. John 6 speaks the words that Christ left for His disciples.  My prayer is that you read them with your heart wide open and move forward on those words.  The truth in salvation needs to be

Luke 18:22

As you read the following #scripture, please ask yourself if you would do this today for #Jesus.  Luke 18:22 New King James Version (NKJV) 22  So when Jesus heard these things, He said to him,  “You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”

#Love your #Enemies #Inspiration

As I have been #praying this #week, God reminded me of a statement that one of my old friend's said to me when I was having a hard time in high school ( a long time ago).  He told me instead of letting hate creep in to give them the Matthew 5:44 treatment!  So I read what Jesus said and from that day forward I do just that.  I learned from this scripture how to love others, when there is no love and how to forgive as Christ forgave us.  I pray today that you all can learn from this little scripture, how important it is to show the love of Christ to even the one's that you don't want to.  Pray about this throughout the week that God will guide you into His unconditional love towards those it is the hardest for you to love.  Praise God for all that He has done. Matthew 5:43-45 43  “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor   and hate your enemy.’   44  But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and p

#Sinners #Prayer

Father- I come before you today, humbled and broken.  I ask for your #forgiveness of all of my sins.  I proclaim Your Son #Jesus, as the ruler of my heart, accepting Jesus into my life. I ask that I receive the gift of Your Spirit to fall upon my life.  I know that by accepting Your Holy Spirit into my life that it will make me into the person that I need to be and that You, Lord, want me to be.  Show me the love and compassion that can only come from You Father, as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Rain Your love upon me and let Your light shine through me that people see the Love that I have, so I may share it with all those that need to be brought into Your kingdom.   Thank you Jesus for all that you have given to me and all that you are about to do in my life.  Show me the way, Holy Spirit.   Thank you God for the opportunity to serve you. Amen

#Pray for the #World!

We need to be praying for all the world!  #Jesus said to us to go into all the world.  That wasn't meant to just #preach but to pray for the world as well.  With all the things going on in the media that we now see, it's hard to focus on anything but the home front.  Remember, there was always turmoil and anguish without the media, they have just heightened the knowledge and made us more aware of it.  Prayer is the most important part of a Christians life and this is where we can make a difference.  Pray for the sick that they may be healed, pray for those who are suffering from starvation or lack of funds and pray for the nations leaders that they will come to God.   Ephesians 5:1-2 New King James Version (NKJV) Walk in Love 5  Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.  2  And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.

Once Again #Pray

We once again have the acts of #terrorism hitting our nation. Please pray for those who hate. We need to treat others with #love, hope, mercy and compassion. We need to bring God back to our country, which can only be done through His people praying. There's nothing more powerful than prayer and that has been proven time and time again. Christians, be Christ like and be bold in bringing this Nation back to a Nation that is Under God! Quit hating, that doesn't work. It's  time for God's Army to come together in one accord to fight the evil that has come into our world. We're letting the enemy take control, by not praying and coming together as the church. Please let me know if you would like to join me in prayer once a week. This can be on a break, at home, or anywhere, just commit to taking 15 minutes to an hour for prayer one day a week. I will pray at the same time, as I am continually in prayer no matter where I am. 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) 14 if My p

#Call to #Prayer

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ- 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) 14  if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. We are a group of intercessors who are writing to you in regards to prayer.  The letter that we're writing is God calling His people to arms, meaning a call to prayer.  Being in the ministry at this time has never been more challenging and God is calling out to His people to pray.  We are asking that you would encourage those people, who will, to join us from wherever they may be on Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm in prayer.  This is the time we meet every week. God has asked us to ask you to bring all those people who are willing.  Whether they pray at home, at work, with a group that wants to meet at church, or if they want to come and join us. Matthew 18:20 (NKJV) 20  For where two or three are gathered to

#Love the Basis for our #Faith

11  Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. Seeing God Through Love 12  No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.  13  By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.  14  And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son  as  Savior of the world.  15  Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  16  And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. I John 4:11-16 God is calling His people to love unconditionally, without judging others.  Only through love will people come to know the Lord.  While we pray we need to remember this, so we pray for everyone.  Not the sins but the sinner to find his way.  Thank God that we have such a merciful Father.  We need to share Him with the world.
