#Starting #2018 With #Prayer

I Thessalonians 5: 16-24 (ESV)  #English Standard Version

16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not despise prophecies, 21 but test everything; hold fast what is good. 22 Abstain from every form of evil.
23 Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.

This #scripture is a basis for how we need to be in our prayer life and everyday life.  Rejoicing in all the things God has done and given to us, praying for everyone that we can, and giving thanks for our everyday lives.  Let Gods peace and mercy sanctify you and everyone you meet through His love that flows from the Holy Spirit, through you.

This year its important to try to get as many people into the realm of prayer, as ever,  there are many things we need to pray for right now, from healing, church unification to politics in the US, as well as, everyone internationally.

I want to connect to as many as I can through this blog.  Therefore, God has led me to walk with you through the types of praying there are and help you in finding which one you are called to use through ministry or just in silence.  We are all called by God to do some part of His work.  Prayer is a very strong part of this ministry, as well as, many others out there.  Prayer is the foundation of a church to gain Gods strength in battles and victories.  In the time, of what we're calling hyper sensitivities, it's very important to teach and pray that we all live together in one big beautiful world and there's no reason to be offended by each other but to brace each other in prayer and love.

I pray that everyone who comes to this blog is blessed and will continue to stop by.  I encourage you to leave questions and comments, as well as, suggestions for this blog.

Within the next few months or sooner,  I will be publishing my first book on Prayer through Amazon.  What I show you here will be extended in that book about the different types of prayer.  Please let me know if you may be interested and I will let you know when it is released.
