I AM Home Coffee Time

As you read the following #scripture, please ask yourself if you would do this today for #Jesus.  Luke 18:22 New King James Version (NKJV) 22  So when Jesus heard these things, He said to him,  “You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”

As I have been #praying this #week, God reminded me of a statement that one of my old friend's said to me when I was having a hard time in high school ( a long time ago).  He told me instead of letting hate creep in to give them the Matthew 5:44 treatment!  So I read what Jesus said and from that day forward I do just that.  I learned from this scripture how to love others, when there is no love and how to forgive as Christ forgave us.  I pray today that you all can learn from this little scripture, how important it is to show the love of Christ to even the one's that you don't want to.  Pray about this throughout the week that God will guide you into His unconditional love towards those it is the hardest for you to love.  Praise God for all that He has done. Father- I come before you today, humbled and broken.  I ask for your #forgiveness of all of my sins.  I proclaim Your Son #Jesus, as the ruler of my heart, accepting Jesus into my life. I ask that I receive the gift of Your Spirit to fall upon my life.  I know that by accepting Your Holy Spirit into my life that it will make me into the person that I need to be and that You, Lord, want me to be.  Show me the love and compassion that can only come from You Father, as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Rain Your love upon me and let Your light shine through me that people see the Love that I have, so I may share it with all those that need to be brought into Your kingdom.   Thank you Jesus for all that you have given to me and all that you are about to do in my life.  Show me the way, Holy Spirit.   Thank you God for the opportunity to serve you.
